A: Websites start at £900 for a Starter site (up to 5 pages) and from £2,000 for a Professional site (up to 10 pages including a blog). E-commerce starts from £2,500. All prices are one-off payments with no monthly fees or lock-in.

**Q: Are there any ongoing fees after the website is built?**
A: No. There are no monthly fees or mandatory retainers. The only ongoing costs would be your domain name and hosting (typically £10–£20/month combined), which you control independently. Ongoing SEO is an optional separate service.

**Q: What's included in the price?**
A: Custom design, hand-coded development, mobile-first responsive layout, on-page SEO foundations, Google Analytics setup, contact form, cross-browser testing and 30 days of post-launch support.

**Q: How long does a website take to build?**
A: Most websites take 1–2 weeks depending on the number of pages and features. A clear timeline is agreed at the start of every project.

**Q: Do I need SEO if I just want a website?**
A: No. SEO is entirely optional. Every website RIRI CREATIVE builds includes solid SEO foundations as standard. The ongoing SEO retainer is a separate service you can add whenever you're ready to grow your search presence.

**Q: Will my website rank on Google straight away?**
A: A new website with good SEO foundations will be indexed within days to weeks, but building meaningful rankings takes time. Ongoing SEO accelerates this by consistently improving content, technical performance and authority.

## Technology

**Q: Does RIRI CREATIVE use WordPress?**
A: No. Every website is 100% hand-coded from scratch using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No WordPress, no page builders, no templates. This results in faster, more secure, more maintainable websites.

**Q: Will I be able to update the website myself?**
A: Yes, if you need a content management system (CMS). This is discussed upfront and can be incorporated into the project. Alternatively, Rhiannon can handle updates as part of an ongoing support arrangement.

## Working Together

**Q: How does the process work?**
A: 1) You submit an enquiry. 2) Rhiannon reviews it and comes back with initial thoughts within one working day. 3) A call is arranged to discuss in detail. 4) A fixed-price proposal is sent. 5) On agreement, the project begins with a clear timeline and milestone structure.

**Q: What do I need to provide?**
A: Your branding/logo, any existing copy you want to use, example websites you like, and details about your business and goals. Rhiannon can advise on content structure and provide guidance on copywriting if needed.
